This production line uses PLC Control and variable frequency speed regulation with high degree of automation, easy operation and reliable performance.

2. Equipment function:

Start the production line – set the parameters of frequency transformer which is used to control the line speed – producing

assembly – aging –safety detection-performance test – product cleaning -product packaging –put in storage

3. Technical parameters of equipment:

This equipment is provided with a full-automatic conveying function and a variable frequency speed regulation;

All the conveyor lines are equipped with adjustable tension device;

The detection station is equipped with scram button.
