The production line layout is custom-designed in accordance with the assembly process flow of home appliances and workshop characteristics, with appropriate types of conveyor lines provided. It enables streamlined operations covering the full process including pre-assembly, final assembly, vacuum pumping, refrigerant charging, safety inspection, leak detection, performance testing, packaging and bundling. Both SKD and CKD production modes can be offered based on customers’ budgets and component types. The conveyor lines are automatically controlled by PLC with adjustable speed and stable conveyance.
