⬛️Foaming Line Equipment (Dry Section)

This equipment is dedicated to refrigerator foaming processes. Within refrigerator foaming operations, it mainly performs automatic positioning, clamping, mold locking and material injection for cabinets or doors to prevent cabinet and door deformation throughout the foaming cycle.

The cabinet foaming dry section consists mainly of mold frames, automatic material injection systems, water circulation temperature control systems, mold change trolleys, hydraulic systems, safety exhaust systems and electric control systems. Either bidirectional transfer trolleys or lifting & traversing conveying lines are selectable. It generally adopts a linear layout and is organically integrated with assembly lines to realize continuous flow production.

The door foaming dry section usually adopts a turret type. It is composed of main frame, rotary table, foaming mold frame, driving unit, indexing positioning unit, mold opening/closing unit, mold receiving unit, automatic injection system, water heating system, safety exhaust system, hydraulic system and electric control system. Linear or ground rail layouts are also available subject to budget and cycle time requirements.

⬛️Foaming Line Equipment (Wet Section)

It is widely used in home appliances (refrigerators, freezers, display cabinets, water heaters, etc.), thermal insulation building materials (insulation boards, insulation pipes, etc.) and automotive interiors (automotive seats, steering wheels, instrument panels, etc.). This equipment has obtained TUV certification from Germany.
