⬛️Refrigerator Cabinet Sheet Metal Forming Line

This equipment is applied to sheet metal forming for refrigerator door shells (standard door shells, hidden door shells, side-by-side door shells), refrigerator U-panels and back panels. The complete line is assembled with optional special-purpose machines including feeders, punching machines, roll forming machines, 180° turnover machines, two-side bending machines, two-end bending machines, condenser pipe attaching belt conveyors, U-shaped bending machines and unloaders (or robots). Different special-purpose machines and configurations can be selected according to varying product structures and performance requirements.

This equipment is used for sheet metal forming of freezer door shells, front & rear panels, left & right panels and U-shaped shells. The complete line is configured by optional combination of feeders, punching machines, bending machines and unloaders (or robots). Special-purpose machines and configurations can be selected according to different product structures, performance requirements and customer demands.

⬛️Washing Machine / Dishwasher Sheet Metal Forming Line

In accordance with the product process for washing machine sheet metal parts, equipment such as curling machines, bending machines, seaming machines, riveting machines, drilling machines and presses are connected and combined via automatic conveyor lines and automatic manipulators to realize the automated production of washing machine sheet metal components. The line includes inner drum lines, outer casing lines, etc.

⬛️ Automatic Sheet Metal Stamping & Forming Line

According to the product process of sheet metal parts to be processed, presses are organically linked by automatic manipulators. Automatic material feeding, picking and stamping are realized to achieve automated production of home appliance sheet metal components.
