The spray painting line is a core system for high-end industrial coating, specially designed to deliver highly decorative and protective topcoat finishes for motorcycles, automotive bodies, construction machinery, home appliances and other products. Integrating robotic spraying, intelligent paint supply, precise temperature and humidity control, and waste gas purification technologies, it realizes full-process automation from workpiece conveying and surface cleaning to multi-layer spraying and curing, ensuring the coating boasts outstanding gloss, distinctness of image (DOI) and weather resistance.

It is China’s first spraying line adopting water-based coating process for motorcycles. The eco-friendly process reduces VOC emissions.

 The spray booth exhaust air recirculation technology cuts air supply energy consumption of air conditioning and lowers waste gas and CO₂ emissions. 

The fully self-developed intelligent conveying and robotic automatic transfer system optimizes production efficiency and improves unmanned operation level.

The multi-model compatible conveyance solution is specially designed for flexible production of multiple vehicle types. 

Kinte patented compact automatically closed drying oven, vertical PVC undercoating booth and foundation-free IMC flat U-turn drying oven reduce factory floor space occupation by more than 30% compared with conventional types. 

Scalable solution planning enables capacity upgrade from 5 JPH to 20 JPH.
