EDI aeration system
The presentation of EDI aerator products •Aerator with flexible membrane and micropore Tube-type FlexAirTM Magnum Plate-type FlexAirTM Disc (7”、9”、12”) FlexAirTM MiniPanel FlexAirTM Tseires •Fixed micropore aerator FlexAirTM Ceramic Disc (9”) REEFTM panel aerator (2 or 4 square foot, polythene or alumina material) •Crude blister bubbler PermaCap5TM MaxAirTM Stainless Steel Diffuser PVC MaxAirTM Non-Metallic Diffuser •The main features of EDI aerator with flexible membrane and micropore •The excellent technology of the flexible membrane material ensures the stability, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance of long-time running. It can provide the combined material of different materials such as ethylene propylene terpolymer (EPDM) with dicyclopentene, polyurethane (PU), silicone rubber, NBR, chloroprene rubber and fluor rubber, etc., in order to meet the requirement of different water quality and processing technology. •The unique mechanical pressing tapping technology greatly increases the number of the die hole in unit area and ensures the good switching performance of one million times. The diameter of the air bubble can reach to 1.0 to 1.2mm in general and the minimum diameter can reach to 1.0-1.2mm, to ensure the high efficiency of aeration under the operating condition of high volume. •The saddle support with patented technology connects the tube-type aerator with the air pipe to greatly reduce the installation time of the cost. The installation of one pair of aerators only needs 34 seconds. The UDM interface makes the plate-type aerator connect closely with rotary hole of the air pipe, simple in structure and good in sealing performance. The new SMD bayonet coupling makes the installation of the plate-type aerator faster and more reliable.
Aeration is not only intended to provide oxygen and stir but also is the base of the whole biological sewage treatment system. The aeration effect decides the effect of the sewage treatment and the running cost of the whole sewage treatment facilities. The cost analysis of sewage treatment plant has proved that the aeration cost occupies 50% to 80% of the total expenditure of the whole operation. Only if choosing the right aeration technology and implement the best design of aeration system, the best sewage disposal effect can be reached and the low-cost operation can be realized.
