      The certification and testing base, which is located in Guangzhou Huangpu Science city, covering an area of more than 40,000 square meter, is the widest electronics/electrical appliances testing center in size, capability and range of Asiatic regions and one of the professional electronics/electrical appliance testing room with the most extensive coverage and strongest capability of the global world. It reaches the data exchanging recognition with 38 main national and regional testing organizations of America, Britain, German, etc. The testing range includes eight national economy development areas such as household appliance, electronics, auto, hardware, steel, petrifaction, material and electric power. It has 2000 testing standards and more than 30000 testing items. The annual testing report reaches to 30000 portions. Especially in the field of household appliance testing, the test involving safety, performance, EMC, RoHS, environmental protection and energy consumption and the ability of the result analysis takes the lead in the industry. It is the institute representing the Chinese government to participate in the international proficiency testing laboratory, and also China national standard reference institute.
